The Maserati GranTurismo is a four-seater hyper car which is beautifully designed for thrilling driving performance.
A low-hung front and 1.4-metre-tall stance on the road gives the GranTurismo an incredible low centre of gravity which makes the car perfect for winding country roads.
Unmistakable roars come from the powerful V8 engine which is standard on the GranTurismo. Not only does it sound good, but it comes with a ludicrously fast top speed of 186mph and 460bhp. The automatic gearbox may not give you the dragster feel you’re after, but it jumps through the gears swiftly enough to make quick accelerations just as fun.
Access to the GranTurismo’s back seats can be a pain given its two-door design. However, once you’re in there’s plenty of room even for two adults in the back thanks to replicated front seats. A large central reservation with cupholders divides the spaces in the back too, which makes them feel individual and thus comfier long distance. People above six-foot sit would struggle back here though, simply because the sloping roofline is sudden on the vehicle.
